Rotary Tillers
Tillers are commonly used across Alberta where producers need to break up soil, prepare seedbeds, manage gardens or market-garden plots, renovate small fields, or work around acreages and livestock operations. In Southern Alberta, tillers are especially useful for irrigated vegetable, potato, and specialty crop ground where a fine, consistent seedbed matters. In Central Alberta, they are often used by mixed farms, acreages, and small producers for garden preparation, food plots, pasture touch-ups, and general soil work. In heavier or wetter soils, a tiller can help break up clods and improve the finish before planting, although larger farms may move toward power harrows for more intensive seedbed preparation.
We offer two main tiller options: Fieldking and SICMA. Fieldking tillers are the more economical choice and are a good fit for acreages, hobby farms, smaller tractors, and customers who want a practical machine at a lower price point. SICMA tillers are the heavier-duty, premium option, better suited for power users, contractors, market gardeners, and farmers who expect to use the machine harder and more often.
