How many times has someone asked if you were Vietnamese? For me, a guy with Indian parents, it’s happened exactly once. (You can check out my picture on the About Page if you’re curious.)
Anyway, back to farming. We made our first sale. It is the big blue Junior above. I was as green as it gets in this industry, and I think the salesperson on the other end could tell. He spent an hour talking with me, giving advice and sharing tips.
All jokes aside, this was my first taste of what makes this industry special: it’s full of genuinely kind and helpful people.
